Bodacious Bolos (2023-Present)
These are found object bolo ties. It’s jewelry that is just as unique as the person who wears it. I also created a fun sculptural stand to display them. Some are close to the western style while others are more sparkly.
Found object bolos are $20 and western bolos are $50. I can also design custom bolos. Contact for more details.
Watermelon Collection (2019)
Both pieces include enameled copper set with silver prongs on another sheet of copper. The necklace features watermelon quartz gemstones in silver settings.
Electroformed Bowtie (2019)
The back plate is copper with a texture pressed into it and a liver of sulfur patina. For the main part of the bowtie, I grew the copper. This was done by covering a 3D printed shape in conductive paint and putting that in an electrified copper solution. A solid piece of copper would be too heavy to wear around my neck but by using electroforming it is lightweight and has an amazing bubbly texture.
Hollow Formed Ring (2018)
Made out of copper and weaved paracord.
Recycled Jewelry Necklace (2018)
Construct a new piece of jewelry from donated jewelry items.
Campfire Pinback Copper Brooch (2018)
Top layer: Sandblasted texture and a colored pencil spread with mineral spirits patina
Middle: Liver of sulfur patina
Bottom: Hammered texture
